So me and Onu, we meet at the bank in Minoc. We're both low on cash and reckon some loot from a dungeon couldn`t hurt:




So I open a gate:




And there we are...the passage to the second cave of the Covetous Dungeon, where we were rightaway attacked by some minor undead:



We made short work of them and entered the cave, Balian the fighter scouting ahead:



I avoid some deadly traps while my partner puts some headless abominations to rest...

From the shadows, a water elemental attacks, with him a nasty harpy:



We kill those, as well as another elemental...



...and then, a rather deadly foe attacks:

We battled on, pushing through an entire host of frenzied harpies and a few gazers, nasty beholder kin, with flesh and soul ripping magics:




But in the end, we were overwhelmed, and while my luckier partner escaped, I couldn`t get a way from a pack of those damn killer gazers:






So out we went, and to a healer, and then, after a few more tries, we decided the cave air is not good for our health...So we went to Britain, the city of everything crazy:

From there, through green pastures and mountain passes......




to a small fort, where, much to our shame, a pack of orcs managed to ambush us:





The battle was fierce:




But in the end, the victory was ours!

The last part of our adventure is set at another fort, one populated by brigands:



These rogues were weak foes, compared to what we stood against earlier today, but more of them keep popping from Patience knows where...





Of course, we killed them all, but then a small problem occured:



The bastards locked their loot so well that my spells were of no use.


So home we went...perhaps a bit dismayed, surely more than a bit bruised, scarred and aching but in the end, we got rid of some evil monsters and bandits and gathered some loot for ourselves as well, so it's all good, eh mates?

Indeed, my good fellows, 'twas quite an adventure. My blade tasted much blood tonight, of different flavors too. Though our initial purpose was rather shroudy, we came through with several accomplishments. We have fully explored the dungeon Covetous, and taken knowledge of what evil resides in its dark corridors, that we may share that knowledge with the good people of Sosaria. The purging of evil has made us more virtuos, and more renown within the realm, and also granted us quite a bit of fortune. I aquired a full suit of enchanted leather and a panoply of magical weaponry, whilst my magically-endowed ally was only interested in the gold.
In the end, it was worth every second.
